Paulett Wines Bush Devine Café is a beautiful restaurant and cafe overlooking magnificent views of the Polish Hill River region. The cafe is inspired and partly sourced from the adjacent Bush Food Garden with over 80 different species and 1000 plants. Local revered chef Roger Graham has devised a unique and mouthwatering menu to complement Pauletts' diverse range of wines.
