Claymore wines began in 1997 with an Adelaide medical professional realising the opportunity to indulge his passions for great wine, timeless music...and the Liverpool Football Club. Now, over 17 years on, what began as a passionate diversion has grown into a serious boutique business producing in excess of 10 000 cases of premium Clare Valley wine each year.
