The famous Rising Sun Hotel is a grand 1850s bluestone hotel and accommodation lodging, located on the main street of Auburn. In days gone by, the building was a stopover for Bullock teamsters on route to Adelaide. Today, the establishment is proudly managed by Ken and Paula Noack, together with their daughter Sarah, and her partner and chef, James Kolencik. Since their occupation, the business has received glowing feedback from locals and tourists alike, with an abundance of local wines and regional produce.
