Terroir Auburn is a stylish and modern fine dining experience on the main street of Auburn. With a strict locavore philosophy, using completely seasonal and regional local produce on the menu, brothers and co-directors Dan Moss (chef) and Rohan Moss (butcher) have received glowing reviews since they opened their doors in September 2012. Dan has worked overseas in five star restaurants in Germany, the UK and Canada, as well as Adelaide’s own Jolley’s Boathouse. Housed in a historic and charming building, Terroir Auburn has created a savvy and modern focus to the Clare Valley’s culinary experiences.
