Jim Barry Wines is a proud family owned business. The late Jim Barry started the wine company with his wife Nancy in 1959. He was the first qualified winemaker in the region, working at Clarevale Co-operative and helping to establish Taylors Wines, before venturing on his own. Today, the business has grown from strength to strength, with Jim’s son Peter and wife Sue at the helm, together with their children Tom, Sam and Olivia, and Tom’s wife Olivia. Over the last 50 years, the family has worked to create a mosaic of vineyards across the Clare Valley, and a strong portfolio of award winning wines.
